This case was completed for a lovely 84-year-old patient whose implant #27 failed to integrate twice. We were able to place a bridge to restore the gap and stabilize the front teeth. An excellent lab was able to create a prosthesis that does not like look like a "Hollywood smile", but rather follows the natural appearance of the rest of her teeth for a more discreet restoration.

(Picture was taken immediately after cementation, so some inflammation is still present.)
